Race 2 Paris 2023 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The ESCA Race2Paris Like and Share Competition is open to all individuals who meet the established eligibility criteria.

2. Entry Period:ciobOc

• The competition entry period will commence on 24th October 2023 and conclude on 27th October 2023.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps within the entry period: Like the official  Race2Paris competition announcement on Instagram, Follow Edinburgh RAG on Instagram, Share the official  Race2Paris competition announcement on their Instagram story.

• Participants' social media profiles must be set to "public" during the entry period to ensure their entry is visible.

4. Prize:

• One winning team, consisting of two eligible participants, will receive a complimentary entry into the ESCA Race2Paris event.

• The winning team will be required to pay the full ticket price upon registration.

• To claim their refund, the winning team must successfully raise a minimum fundraising amount of £150.

• The fundraising amount should be raised and verified by 3rd November 2023.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winning team will be selected through a random draw conducted by ESCA.

• The draw will take place within one week following the end of the entry period.

6. Notification:

• The winning team will be notified via a direct message on the social media platform they used to enter the competition.

• ESCA will request confirmation of eligibility and adherence to the competition terms and conditions.

7. Fundraising Verification:

• The winning team must provide use the fundraising platform designated by ESCA and not a third part fundraising platform. Any funds raised outside of the the designated fundraising platform will not be counted toward the fundraising minimum amount.

8. Prize Fulfilment:

• Upon successful verification of fundraising, the winning team will receive a refund of the ticket price.

• Refunds will be processed within 31 days following verification.

9. Public Announcement:

• ESCA may publicly announce the winning team's name on its official social media platforms and website.

10. Legal Requirements:

• This competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Modification and Termination:

• ESCA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at its sole discretion if any issues arise.

12. Data Privacy:

• ESCA will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
